'This book, I can't say enough good things about it! One bad thing, though. It had to end! The more I read it, the more nuances I find about it. Jess is a strong woman, except when it comes to Chris Nickersen. The play between Jess and Chris is very true to life and the rougher scenes are spot on. When it comes to Jess and James, you really don't want to like him at first. Then he realizes Jess is not just another groupie Her need for acceptance keeps her with Chris, but she slowly realizes what he offers is not love.
This is a rip-roaring good read! Ms. Hussey could have been a groupie herself! She has captured the seedier side of rock and roll to a tee!"
